Our Delicious Menu...

Emily and I are particularly excited to have a special chef as our catering specialist. We have found that this part has been so much fun, how often do you get to pick a menu? We decided that having a wide variety of small high end bites to fill everyone's plate would be unique, different, and so much more fun than your average meal. We found one of the most gracious small order caterers on earth and she crafted a menu that I could have never dreamed up on my own. It's bite-sized artwork, and we can't wait to enjoy it with all of you. Here's a list of what we've chosen. Emily and I have had one of almost all of these little bites and they are spectacular. A few of the delights will be a surprise to even us, but I am sure they will all be delicious and memorable. When the party starts, do not be shy, grab a drink and step right up and enjoy.

• Crab & Avocado Salad Shooters - These are small helpings of a delightful seafood based salad to start things out.


• Brie en Croute - Who doesn't love some brie on crackers?


• Goat Cheese & Blue Berries - This is one of those things I would have never thought of. Not only is it beautiful, it is delicious.


• Salmon Puffs - I've had quite a few pastries before, not quite like this one. These are magical. I will probably sneak a couple of extras.


• Homemade Ravioli - Homemade Ravioli, say no more. Hand made pasta surround these delicious nibbles. Amazing.
